Women’s Circle: Honoring Your Body’s Needs

Our parents, religion, and society have shamed us about private parts for years.
The word “vagina” became the anatomical Voldemort, the body part that should not be named. For this reason, many people don’t talk about the problems that occur in their private parts, whether they are going through period pain, sexual pain, pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause.
Many changes are happening down there, and without healthy conversation, women are left misinformed. Most people don’t even realize that the area they are referring to is technically not the vagina, but the vulva.

In this circle, you will:

  • Learn about the changes that occur in your private parts throughout your lifespan from period pain, to pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

  • Learn how to have good bladder and bowel habits.

  • Understand the anatomy of your clitoris, vulva, and pelvic floor.

  • Learn how to maintain the health and functionality of this area, and increase blood flow.

  • Improve your pelvic and sexual health.

  • Tune into your heart and pelvic center.

Join Dr. Lea and other women for a workshop that will empower you to take charge of your sexual health, connect to your private parts and feel confident in your own body.
No matter your age or background, this workshop is for anyone who wants to learn about their deep core and pelvic health.
