Understanding Your Body.

Reconnecting with Yourself.

For too long, we’ve been taught to stay quiet.

To ignore the leaks. To hide the pain during sex.

To feel shame around the most natural changes our bodies go through.

We don’t get handed a guidebook for our bodies.
Not when we get our first period.
Not after giving birth.
Not when sex starts to hurt, or when our bodies feel unfamiliar, or when no one told us what postpartum or menopause would really feel like.

And yet, we’re expected to know.
To keep going.
To hold it all together.

This circle is here to say:
You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re not alone.

This is a space to slow down.
To breathe.
To reconnect—with your mind, your body, and your pelvic floor.

Not through medical jargon.
Not through perfect posture or “just do your Kegels” advice.
But through real, grounded, human conversation.

What to Expect:

  • Understand your story – From puberty to pregnancy, postpartum to menopause, we’ll talk about what your body has been through—without shame, fear, or confusion.

  • Reconnect with your pelvic floor (beyond Kegel) – It’s more than muscles. It’s your center. Your support. We’ll explore how breath, awareness, and gentle care can help you feel safe and strong again.

  • Mind-body connection – Learn how stress, emotions, and nervous system patterns show up in your body—and how to respond with compassion, not criticism.

  • Real talk, real women – Ask the questions. Share your story. Or just listen. There’s no pressure here—only presence.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming home to yourself.

Let’s meet.
Let’s move.
Let’s remember that your body has always been trying to talk to you—and now, you get to listen.
