Educating the Next Generation about Pelvic Health
Help your child become toilet independent for life.
Dr. Lea, a pediatric pelvic floor physical therapist, has made it her mission to educate parents and caregivers about the importance of pelvic health in children. Many of her patients between the ages of 6 and 17 struggle with bedwetting, soiling accidents, and constipation, often due to inadequate potty training.
By teaching children about good toilet habits, their private parts, how to listen to their body signals, and body sovereignty, Dr. Lea hopes to establish long-term good habits that will help children avoid incontinence and pelvic pain in adulthood.
To help achieve this goal, Dr. Lea has created:
A set of books that educate children about their bodies and how to recognize bodily signals
Workshops for parents and caregivers on the pre-training and potty-training process and how to overcome poop accidents or potty training regression. Proper training can facilitate this milestone and establish good toilet habits for the long term.
By signing up for Dr. Lea's workshops, parents and caregivers can learn how to help their children develop healthy pelvic habits, avoid common issues such as bedwetting and constipation, and set them up for a lifetime of good health.

Testimonials

"You are the only one who seems to understand what is going on with my child. We went to several doctors, and everyone told us that our 10-year-old will outgrow bedwetting and poop accidents, and that she just needs attention. Thank you for taking the time to talk to us over the phone and dive deep into figuring out what was actually causing it. You gave us a roadmap to follow at home, and we really appreciate it." - Maria G.
