Your appointment will be entirely one-on-one with Dr. Lea, lasting between 45-60 minutes. No biofeedback machines or Kegels will be prescribed.

Some patients need one session and the, are discharged, others need several.
The number of sessions varies significantly based on individual circumstances, including the nature of the treatment, duration of the issue, personal goals, and other recovery factors. We recommend a comprehensive evaluation followed by at least 2-3 follow-up sessions. However, some patients might only need one or two sessions once we identify the root cause.
The most important session is the first on to figure out the root cause and give you a personalized treatment plan!

Internal pelvic floor work is only performed with your full consent. No internal exams are conducted on children. If you're uncomfortable with an internal exam, we can opt for an external one, using exercises and other tools. The patient always has control, and informed consent is our priority.

Please be on your yoga mat in a quiet, private room for our online call. We will begin with a review of your past medical history, followed by a self-assessment. Based on this, I will provide an appropriate treatment plan and corresponding exercises. If you're comfortable, we can also conduct an internal pelvic floor assessment—with video off, of course. This assessment allows you to better understand your body, helping you distinguish between normal and abnormal conditions. However, this step is not mandatory.
