Mind, Body & Pelvic Wellness:

Prepare for Childbirth

Live Integration Program

Are you an expectant mother looking to approach childbirth fully informed, empowered, and confident in your body's natural ability to give birth?

Although we cannot control birth, it is important to be well-informed about your birth options and to prepare your mind, body, and pelvis for this experience.

Join MBP's Prepare for Childbirth program led by Dr. Lea, a pelvic floor therapist. This program teaches expectant mothers how to connect with their bodies, manage pain and discomfort during labor, and facilitate postpartum healing. The program includes five sessions covering body preparation, labor timeline, postpartum early recovery, and more.

Who is it for?

Our program is designed for expectant mothers who want to gain a deeper understanding of their options, learn how to make informed choices, and approach childbirth with an empowered and positive mindset. Whether you're a first-time mother or have previously given birth, this program will provide valuable insights and practical exercises to support you on your pregnancy journey.

What to expect?

Important Note:

For Modules 1, 2 & 5 it is advised to attend alone without your partners. This time is dedicated to connecting with your baby on the mat, learning to trust your body, and flowing through the exercises.

For Modules 3 and 4, we recommend (though it's optional) having your partners join. These sessions will teach them how to support you during each stage of labor, alleviate your pain, and communicate your concerns to the birth team.

Recording is available for those who can’t join us live!

Our goal is to empower you, ensuring that you enter childbirth fully informed about the process and confident about your body. By doing so, we aim to reduce the risk of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, facilitating a smoother recovery for you.

See you on the mat!

Lea was amazing. Her knowledge and passion for helping prepare for childbirth were contagious. The way she delivered the messages was engaging. I learned a lot in this class and now feel much more prepared for birth. I appreciated the mix of information, practical advice (including a bonus session with exercises), and personal experiences shared throughout the course. Additionally, it was a great opportunity to meet other parents who are expecting around the same time. I am grateful for everything I learned and highly recommend this course!

I think that this program is an absolute MUST for every woman giving birth in order to understand and tune in to our body and connect with our baby before and during birth. I learned a lot about pelvic health! Best investment I did in this pregnancy!!

New mom, preparing for vaginal birth in Dubai

Thank you so much, you have no idea how much the course helped me have a successful VBAC. I knew exactly what to do at every stage. Even though the first stage of labor took a lot of time, I progressed from 3cm to 10cm within 4 hours. I stayed active by walking a bit and doing ball exercises.

The pushing stage lasted about an hour and I changed positions. Most of the time, I was on my knees and occasionally on my side. The midwife was impressed that I knew exactly what to do, and the team was super supportive and calm.

I am incredibly grateful for the whole experience. Finally, I had a wonderful birth experience. 🙏🏻
