Educating the next generation about pelvic health and good toilet habits
A step-by-step guide to a long term successful potty-training journey
As a pediatric pelvic floor physical therapist, I treat many children between the ages of 6 and 15 years old who have bedwetting issues, soiling accidents and constipation which is mostly traced back to inadequate potty training.
I decided to create:
A set of books: to educate children about their bodies and how to listen to their body signals.
This workshop: to educate parents/caregivers on the pre-training and potty-training process.
Proper training can facilitate this milestone and build long term good toilet habits.
Who is this workshop for?
Those who want to potty train in the next year
Those who are in the process of potty training
Those who finished potty training but are having a relapse
What you will learn:
How to prepare yourself and your child for this journey
When and how to start potty pre-training
How to prevent and respond to setbacks
Daytime and nighttime training
When to seek professional help
How to build lifelong toilet habits
How long: The workshop is scheduled for an hour and a half. You're welcome to stay after for a live Q&A in case any of your questions were not covered during the workshop.
Will it be recorded? Yes, it will! The entire workshop will be recorded. If the time is not convenient for you, it will be available for replay for 15 days.
Bonus: By the end of the workshop, you will have the knowledge and confidence to help your child develop good toilet habits. Additionally, you will receive a free potty learning guide and gain access to our online support group.
“It was amazing! Thank you so much for all the great info! We feel less anxious and more hopeful now <3”
You are one step away from learning how to teach your child good toileting habits and successfully facilitating their potty-training journey!
Enroll today, there are only a limited number of spots in this workshop and enrollment closes on January 20th.
By limiting spots in this workshop, I can facilitate a more intimate gathering and answer any questions and concerns you have by the end of the workshop.
I am here to support you through this process and help you prevent bedwetting and pelvic floor dysfunction down the road. This is a great opportunity to foster independence, confidence and build lifelong toilet habits
I look forward to meeting you!
