Retreat into yourself

Mind, Body & Pelvic Wellness

Postpartum Foundational Program

  • Live Integration with Dr. Lea

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive guidance, and deepen their understanding of their body, mind, and pelvic floor through weekly live integration with Dr. Lea.

  • Curated sacred daily rituals

By setting an intention and following daily rituals for your mind, body and pelvic wellness, you can feel your best during your healing journey.

  • Self- assessment

Before starting the program, you will undergo a thorough self-assessment to understand your body and assess its current state. This includes evaluating your pelvic floor, hip mobility, and bladder and bowel health. By doing so, you will have a baseline to compare against at the end of the program.

  • Progressive pelvic flow exercises

Dr. Lea's program adopts a full-body holistic approach to core exercises, movement, breathing, and hip mobility. The exercises are carefully curated based on the program in which you choose to participate.

  • Journaling prompts

Release any lingering tension in your pelvic floor by anchoring yourself in the present moment and connecting with your inner self. Through journaling, you can explore your thoughts and feelings and release any lingering tension.

  • Safe community of like minded people

Each program has a beautiful community of like-minded people to provide each other support and encouragement as you work your goals. Regular check-ins, sharing progress reports, and receiving constructive feedback can help increase your motivation and make you feel less alone on this journey.

Are you a postpartum mom struggling with issues such as incontinence, sexual pain, diastasis-recti (abdominal separation), prolapse, or other symptoms even years after giving birth?

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

As a pelvic health specialist, Dr. Lea has worked with many moms facing these challenges, and she understands how isolating and frustrating it can be to navigate them without proper support.

Unfortunately, many healthcare providers dismiss or normalize these symptoms, leaving moms feeling unheard and unsure where to turn for help. Kegel exercises are often prescribed as a quick fix without addressing the underlying issues. That's why the Postpartum Reconnection Program was created - to provide comprehensive guidance and support for postpartum moms like you.

The Postpartum Program is your opportunity to retreat into yourself, prioritize your postpartum recovery, and learn foundational exercises that will help you connect and regain control of your body. We understand that each mom's journey is unique, and our program is designed to meet you where you are. Through self-assessment and expert guidance, you will gain the knowledge and tools to reconnect with your body and achieve optimal pelvic health and gain access to a supportive community of moms who are on a similar journey.

Don't let postpartum symptoms hold you back any longer. Join us today and take the first step towards reclaiming your body and achieving optimal pelvic health.

 FAQs

  • Dr. Lea's mission is to normalize pelvic floor reeducation and educate and empower children and women. She aims to provide them with the tools and support they need to connect with their bodies and achieve optimal pelvic health at any stage of life, especially if they do not have access to a nearby pelvic floor therapist.

  • The mind-body and pelvic wellness connection is vital because kegel exercises alone are often insufficient to address postpartum challenges. The pelvic floor muscles do not work in isolation; they are part of a larger system. By considering the whole body and the entire system, we can provide better support for postpartum recovery and achieve optimal pelvic health.
