Healing Hour: Overcome painful sex

Join Dr. Lea in this weekly, judgment-free webinar series where you will learn about your anatomy, discover how to overcome your pelvic pain, and take the first step toward healing.

Should sex be painful?

Definitely not!!

Pain is never normal and without an effective treatment plan, it won’t go away.

Whether you:

  • Have ongoing sexual discomfort following childbirth, scarring, infection, hysterectomy, surgery, or other issues

  • Come from a conservative household and were told sex should or would be painful

  • Were told to drink a glass of wine right before sex

  • Can’t insert a tampon or undergo a pelvic/gynecological exam

  • Have a difficult or impossible penetration (feels like you are hitting a wall)

  • Have burning sensation during and after intercourse

  • Are avoiding sex due to pain and/or failure

  • Just want to have a pain-free pelvic floor

  • Have interstitial cystitis, vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis, etc

You are not alone!

Despite the number of practitioners offering this advice; treatment does not consist of wine right before sex!

This is a common impairment affecting millions of women worldwide. The thing is— nobody is talking about it, and you may feel like you are alone on this journey.

Join my 4 weekly Healing Hour Live class, and let’s build a community of like-minded people to support each other through the healing process.

Together we can help you overcome your pain and turn sex into and enjoyable and pleasurable experience.

By the end of these workshops, you will:

  • Be connected to your pelvic floor muscles

  • Feel good in your own body

  • Learn how to control your pain instead of letting it control you

  • Learn how to advocate for yourself

  • You will not feel alone on this journey!

What you need:

  • Bolster or pillows

  • Yoga mat

  • A journal and a pen

  • A quiet space

You can always be anonymous on the calls. Afterward, you are welcome to join our pelvic pain community and share your journey progress along the way!

Let’s heal together.
