Did you know that moms and babies both experience a form of "diastasis recti" in the first year?

For moms, our bodies change in beautiful ways during pregnancy and childbirth. Our abdominal muscles expand to accommodate the growing baby, and it's within this first year that we need to reconnect with our deep core and pelvic health to heal and rebuild. It's so much more than just the first six weeks — it's about honoring the journey and taking the time to recover fully after 9 months of pregnancy and labor.

For our little ones, they too go through their own transformation. Gross motor skills, building a foundation for potty training, and understanding pee and poo habits are crucial in this first year. Join us on:
