Throughout history and still today, women navigated their period, pregnancy, motherhood, and menopause with little information about what to expect, what is going on in their private area, or what to do about it.
Instead, they were told to do Kegel or try some quick fix.
The pelvic floor and all of its functions are not the most popular topic in social settings due to its stigma.
During this workshop, Dr. Lea will open up this conversation and teach you about the pelvic floor, its function, and how to build lifelong foundation for your abdominal and pelvic health.
